Experience in Lifting equipment Bi-annual inspection/certification program and Ad-hoc inspection certification requirements.

Experience in managing the Lifting Equipment Inspection/certification contract.

Experience in organizing and scheduling of Third Party Lifting equipment certification for all Company lifting equipment as per Company policy.

Experience in coordinating with Contractor for any Ad-Hoc Inspection / Testing / Certification requests from Onshore and Offshore.

·Knowledge of Lifting Industry Codes and Standards for inspection, testing and certification.

Experience in Reporting compliance to programmed inspection, and testing activities for all lifting equipment every month.

Knowledge of Welder Qualification and management, Procedure qualifications and management.

Salary - Commensurate With Experience And Individual Qualifications.

Working knowledge of welding alloy steels and service exposed steels and trouble shooting during welding challenges.

10 years minimum with direct involvement in refinery or petrochemical plant inspection, maintenance or operations.

Candidate have a basic understanding of Refining & Petrochemical processes and technologies; familiarity with ASME, API and ASTM codes.

Understanding of the basic principles of corrosion, metallurgy and materials of construction, welding procedures,; refractory selection and application procedures.

Knowledge and application of welding symbols and engineering drawings

Aptitude and potential to develop skills

Strong team building and communication skills

Minimum 2 years previous experience in inspection and quality environment

Must have experience in quality inspection, audit and metal fabrication processes

Computer skills are an asset

Experience with projects involving Quality Management, Field Inspection/Engineering, and writing reports.

Corporate and Team Management Responsibilities:

Manages inspection digital solutions and ensure cost-effective implementation on inspection projects.

Reviews Inspection criteria (e.g., contract, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), drawings, specifications, codes/standards) per client’s and other applicable requirements.

Schedules and plans inspections per client’s requirements and assigns qualified inspectors.

Informs the Project Engineer/Manager of any non-conformities to the contract documents and creates a Non-Conformance Report (NCR) for tracking.

Work with Project Management to manage inspection requests

Facilitate inspections in the safest means compliant with OSHA, Cal-OSHA, and SunPower Safety requirements and procedures

Manage schedules upon multiple platforms with numerous stakeholders

Maintain AHJ Database providing documentation about new and changing codes and requirements

Associates degree or 2+ years field related experience
