Innovation Project Coordinator Jobs

You have deep, tenured experience in Product Management, Merchandising, or similar relevant experience

You are responsible for the operations & management of lululemon’s future innovative concepts, supporting in bringing new-to-the-world solutions to life

You are the key partner in our vendor relationships, initiating the communication and manageing the partnership along the journey

The accountabilities of your team include detailed project mapping inclusive of timelines, tracking, communication, status updates, project awareness

Knowledge of project management tools

Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in a similar position;

Strong analytical and problem solving skills;

Experience in leading IT projects

Ability to manage several projects simultaneously;

Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills;

Coordinate the adoption around new customer experience group's capabilities being delivered under the guidance of the aforementioned project efforts.

Must be able to provide clear project updates in regular one-on-one meetings Sponsor/Management (PM ensures these meetings are scheduled)

Be prepared to provide clear and thorough updates to management on a quarterly basis using standard templates

5+ years as a Project Manager supporting technical projects in an Agile environment.

Should have experience managing multiple projects, tracking budgets, and an understanding of working within the Tech industry.

Experience in the telecommunications and internet services industry.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in project management

Excellent organizational, time management and project management skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively

Project Management Professional (PMP) designation preferred but not required

Lead and manage workstreams within projects in collaboration with Project Director(s) and Project Manager(s), Health System Innovation

Experience in health care environments such as hospitals, government or private sector is an asset

Experience working with front line clinicians, leadership and researchers is an asset

7-10 years of relevant professional experience; Project Management, finance, or management information systems experience a plus

Leads the project management functional aspect for implementations of critical Global Project, Program and Medical Systems initiatives to drive successful execution.

Ability to create & manage complex projects, including budget management & fiscal awareness

An ability to lead and manage in a matrixed structure and in a collaborative team environment

Fluency in written and spoken English required, with excellent communication skills

Experience in Medical Affairs would be a plus

Minimum of two (2) years' professional experience in business administration, business management, marketing, or a related field required

Experience in managing multi-stakeholder initiatives and projects and with stakeholder liaison and management.

Business planning and budget management experience.

Experience in project management principles and implementation would be considered an asset.

Sound knowledge of information systems and financial management.

Experience working with diversity of staff and stakeholders, with knowledge of cultural competence, diversity and social inclusion.
