Elevate team member analytical skills, and improve their knowledge of PP&S systems and tools through training sessions and tutorials

Strong analytical and interpretive skills to recognize and comprehend complex issues, policies, regulatory requirements and industry information affecting ATB's environment

Familiarity with process mapping and project management tools (e.g., ARIS, JIRA, Visio, MIRO, Lucid Charts, Smartsheets) is considered an asset

Direct experience leading, managing, and executing projects in a fast-paced environment

Innovation And Systems Analyst Accountabilities

Organization and Communication - Manage daily administrative requirements aligned to ad-hoc and planned deliverables. Ability to gather, organize and interpret data.

Research the technology to requirements including hardware and software to implement some of the emerging technologies

Assist our Project Managers with tasks to successfully implement projects

Previous research experience within this field is an asset

Perform market research to identify tech trends and use cases how to apply them to business problems

Research how emerging technology such as AR/VR, mixed reality, Data Analytics, ML, and AI can be used to withing IRC

Help prepare project plans acquire approvals and coordinate activities of large and complex projects

Data visualization skills and the ability to suggest creative ways to depict data trends and findings, leveraging visualization tools where applicable  

Working towards completing a post-secondary degree or diploma and interested in learning about strategy, innovation, and new technologies
