In depth proven experience in project management and process improvement
Proven leadership experience, proven ability to manage a team of direct or indirect reports in a fast paced and diverse environment.
Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint is critical (Access and asset), and AutCad experience
Onboarding of new Planners with training on end-to-end planning processes, access to resources, AutoCAD, network access and requisite hardware/software
University degree or college diploma required.
Minimum 5+ years progressive retail acumen, primarily Canadian Tire Retail (Logistics and or Store Operations)
