Solid experience in supporting both on-premises and cloud technologies.

Experience with AAD (Azure Active Directory)

Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) would be a plus.

Adhere to relevant change management procedures and documentation practices including BPP, SOP, and other project based documentation

Liaise with other departments to ensure communication of plans and support requirements

Provide support to other Arla companies/divisions as agreed to with Manager

Reporting to the IT Manager, you will:

You will have a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science or the equivalent business experience.

Support the Dairy and Warehouse Operations including Production IT Systems, Servers, Databases, Scales, Scanners, Client PCs, Warehousing Equipment, and Printers

Interact with clients, the end user and RCN IT groups to understand, extract and develop requirements, pain points, issues and concerns;

Prepare and present technical presentation material to internal and external audiences with varying technical knowledge; and

Industry certifications such as VCA, VCP, MCSA and/or MCSE are an asset

Extremely diligent and an excellent communicator and facilitator, and have strong leadership skills;

Excellent writing skills in English;
