Manage contracts and agreements for IT-related services and equipment.

Manage the Help Desk software platform and monitor service requests.

At least two years experience in IT.

Knowledge of network infrastructure, systems administration, and cloud technologies.

Solid knowledge of LAN/WAN configurations.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
