Information Technology Business Systems Analyst Jobs

Strong relationship management skills including client and vendor relations management, business networking, negotiation, change management and consulting/advisory skills.

Excellent knowledge and awareness of disabilities including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological.

Demonstrated experience or certification in Agile, Scrum or Hybrid IT delivery methodologies.

Demonstrated ability to apply project management principles, methodologies and best practices.

Technical and Language Skills Requirements:

Support end-user UAT activities and review test results to ensure accessibility specifications/requirements have been met.

·Perform knowledge transfer to Training & Communication teams. Support user deployment activities as needed.

·Some SQL experience is a must have.

·Working knowledge of using collaboration tools such as Miro, Jamboard etc.

·IBAA-CBAP or similar certification is a huge plus.

·Experience working with Machine learning, AI/NLP/Predictive analytics technology is a big plus.

Position: IT business analyst (HealthCare Domain)

Experience with Homebuilder and/or Property Management is an asset.

SQL and database management skills.

Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

Maintains technical documentation on the solutions, their configuration and processes related to their maintenance and operational management.

Self-motivated and experienced working with remote teams.
