Leads the strategic planning development, implementation and evaluation of community driven co-curricular experiences, training, education, events and employee professional development.

Stays abreast of new and developing adult education/training methods and practices, including connecting with other training and development professionals.

Experience leading strategic needs analysis and research in order to develop new training or improve existing training.

Experience working with Indigenous Black and equity-deserving groups using trauma-informed approaches to learning, engagement, mediation, and facilitation.

Knowledge of the principles of adult learning and best practices of instructional design.

Sound judgment and decision-making abilities trusted by all levels of management

Answer how-to questions related to the use of the software and improve the customer’s experience through workflow analysis and optimization opportunities

1+ years’ experience delivering end-user training

Knowledge of MS Office and the Windows operating system

Dental industry experience strongly preferred

Experience providing end-user phone support is an asset
