Has as strong communication skills

Reports directly to Plant Maintenance Manager.

Troubleshooting ability in the mechanical and electrical control field

Master function and settings of PLCs, I/O and other logic control devices

Command of control circuitry and mechanical devices

Able to quickly determine faults, make timely corrections and return equipment to production.

2 years supervisory/managerial expereince (required)

1 year Industrial Security experience (required)

Knowledgeable about security operations and procedures

Flexible Shifts to suit a work life balance

Maintain all appropriate documentation, reporting, safety and ISO Certifications, and employee training

Post-secondary education in a related field

5+ years experience in industrial manufacturing, ideally with chemical blending

Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role in an industrial manufacturing environment

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to develop relationships across the cross-functional team

TDG and WHMIS certification is an asset
