Minimum of five (5) years of offering cultural traditional practices, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ensure that employees are culturally safe by offering traditional culturally safe resources, communication, and understanding.
Liaises with a variety of Indigenous community based agencies to offer support.
Master’s Degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or in a related field or related experience, with demonstrated work with Indigenous communities.
Comprehensive knowledge and demonstrated ability to provide Indigenous culturally competent and sensitive care.
Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation and provincial/national standards on health, safety and wellness.
