Approximately 2-7 years of pertinent commercial and corporate skills;

Strong drafting and negotiating abilities;

Able to effectively manage competing priorities in a dynamic setting;

Strong interpersonal skills and can effectively interact with colleagues and clients;

A member in good standing of the Quebec Bar;

Able to work autonomously and in a team environment;

Have 4-5 years of commercial real estate practice experience

Have excellent writing and communication skills.

Environmental permitting and regulatory offences

Have an LL.B/J.D. and be a member of good standing of the Bar of British Columbia Bar

Application testing (creating test cases based on requirements and perform testing)

Work with stakeholders to design new features and applications - including requirements gathering, development, implementation

Detailed knowledge of Python and .NET Core is mandatory for the success of this role

Knowledge in front end and backend development

Experience programming in one or more of the following languages: new JS library and HTML

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational, networking, leadership, and time management skills.

Understand and explain benefits of projects to host community members.

Extensive experience with local political and stakeholder engagement in Québec and/or Atlantic Canada.

Ability to write effective, concise reports.

Familiarity with energy project development, real estate development, transmission and power project engineering are advantageous.

English language mastery is required for this role due to the regular communication with English speakers externally.
