3+ Years insurance experience with account management

Excellent decision-making skills and strong product knowledge

Develop and continually improve skills in sales and product competencies to best support both Account Executives and customers

Excellent attention to detail and strong customer service skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Support high producing Account Executives by completing the application and underwriting process, and maintaining continual sales growth and client retention

Manage walk-in queries, sales, and up-selling of products to new and existing clients

Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers

Knowledge of each Insurance Company’s products, endorsements, packages and payment plans

Experience achieving sales targets individual and as a team

Strong sales and communication skills

Working experience in EPIC an asset

Act as point of contact for the broker to raise and resolve ad hoc issues that require escalation to management

A university degree with or equivalent education/experience.

Track record in sales, relationship management and new business origination

Understand Managed Brokers strategy in-country and across the region and communicate internally with appropriate stakeholders

Build and manage deal pipeline with distribution partners ensuring alignment with underwriting teams

Work with underwriting to execute portfolio priorities with managed brokers in the respective markets

Manage queries and up-selling of products to new and existing clients

Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers

Knowledge of each Insurance Company’s products, endorsements, packages and payment plans

Experience supporting sales targets as an individual and as a team

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Working experience in EPIC an asset
