Overview A PC Imaging Technician is responsible for creating and maintaining images of computer systems, including desktops, laptops, and servers. They are responsible for ensuring that the images are up-to-date and that they are compatible with the hardware and software of the system. They also troubleshoot any issues that arise with the images and provide technical support to users. Detailed Job Description PC Imaging Technicians are responsible for creating and maintaining images of computer systems, including desktops, laptops, and servers. They must ensure that the images are up-to-date and compatible with the hardware and software of the system. They must also troubleshoot any issues that arise with the images and provide technical support to users. They must also be able to install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications. They must be able to diagnose and repair hardware and software issues. They must also be able to create and maintain documentation for the images and the systems. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of computer hardware and software

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• A+ certification or equivalent
• Experience with imaging software
• Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting
• Experience with operating systems and applications
