Using consultative selling techniques, articulate and illustrate the value proposition of MAL Truck Safety Services to attract and onboard new clients.

Knowledge of project management principles/practices.

Excellent problem solving, planning, project management, analytical and research skills.

Create, implement and manage a multi-modal transportation safety program to improve safety of all road users.

Manage the development and distribution of public information related to traffic flow.

Excellent organizational skills to develop and deliver projects as part of a team.

Experience with computerized Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Transportation Engineering Software (TES), Microsoft Office and database application development is an asset.

4-10 years of experience in a similar role

Ensuring all safety, health and environmental procedures and work instructions are followed

Conducting workplace inspections with CMT, focusing on behavioural observations

Reviewing field level risk assessments (FLRAs) and daily contact cards for quality adherence

Knowledge of OSHA regulations and hazard recognition, record keeping and injury management skills

Experience with WSIB, Case Management

Maintaining a paperwork management system to track training records to track all safety training initiatives conducted personally or by outside consultants/vendors

Working knowledge of computers and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Coordinating and presenting safety training to support client requirements, including new hire orientation, fall protection, confined space, lockout/tagout and repertory

3+ years of experience in the construction of large infrastructure projects

Excellent organization and time management skills.

Prior project management experience is a plus.

Communicate project status and test results to client, sales personnel, and management throughout testing.

Efficiently and effectively manage multiple projects independently, and business opportunities in Europe.

5+ years directly related experience.

Experience with U.S., Canadian, and other international product safety standards preferred.
