Overview A Hydraulic Mechanic is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of hydraulic systems and components. They must be knowledgeable in the operation and maintenance of hydraulic systems and components, including pumps, valves, motors, cylinders, and other related equipment. They must also be able to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with hydraulic systems and components. Detailed Job Description A Hydraulic Mechanic is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of hydraulic systems and components. They must be knowledgeable in the operation and maintenance of hydraulic systems and components, including pumps, valves, motors, cylinders, and other related equipment. They must also be able to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with hydraulic systems and components. They must be able to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals. They must be able to use hand and power tools, as well as measuring and testing equipment. They must be able to inspect and test hydraulic systems and components to ensure proper operation. They must be able to install and repair hydraulic systems and components. They must be able to perform preventative maintenance on hydraulic systems and components. Job Skill Requirements• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and components
• Knowledge of hand and power tools
• Knowledge of measuring and testing equipment
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems

Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a related field
• Technical training in hydraulics
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and components
• Knowledge of hand and power tools
• Knowledge of measuring and testing equipment
• Knowledge of safety procedures
Job Experience
• Previous experience in a related field
• Technical training in hydraulics
