Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary education in Human Resources Management, Safety, Business, Commerce, or other relevant discipline

Assisting managers in addressing performance issues and identifying team member development requirements

Providing support to supervisors and managers in performance management processes

Remaining current with new HR practices, management philosophies, techniques, and tools

Providing leadership for certain aspects of office management

Strong computer skills and knowledge of current Microsoft products
