The primary responsibilities of the Director / Senior Director of Human Resources include:

Post-secondary education in or related to Social Work, Community Development, Public Health or Sociology

Lived experience with migration to Canada an asset

Experience assessing services and supports; building and maintaining a network

support older adults from diverse communities who could be vulnerable to or have experienced abuse

Case management experience or recent related community experience

2+ years of recent experience in community health or a related field
