Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales and/or customer service role.

Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.

-Evaluate insurance quotes and offer comprehensive coverage recommendations based on individual requirements.

-Previous sales experience is highly valued.

-Utilize your professional network, centers of influence, and provided leads to generate new business sales.

-Address the evolving insurance needs of clients, providing them with tailored solutions.

-Possess or be willing to obtain a RIBO license (preference for candidates already holding an OTL/RIBO license).

Offer the appropriate products based on clients' needs;

Minimum of 3 years of experience

Analyze, understand and identify the risks/needs of current and prospective clients;

Provide a timely and professional customer service to the clients we insure;

Negotiate renewals and process modifications of insured clients’ contracts ;

Explain coverages in a simplified way;

**This is a commission-only position**

Experior Financial Group is looking for a Financial Associate, Canada-wide.

Complies with all the company's risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls.

Keep up to date the broker management system (TAM) with all pertinent files

At least 1 year experience in the commercial space

Experience with TAM a definite asset

Collecting required renewal information from clients 90 days before renewal

Negotiate renewal terms, and marketing terms from insurers

Reviewing current coverages and recommending changes in coverages / limits where needed
