Help Desk Service Analytics Intern Jobs

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Assist in creating and updating technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides to improve self-service options for clients.

Conduct remote troubleshooting sessions using remote desktop tools to resolve technical issues efficiently.

2 to 5 years of experience in a similar technical support role, preferably in a Help Desk or Service Desk environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues methodically.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner.

Knowledge of ticketing and remote support software;

Preserve and grow your knowledge of Service Desk procedures, products and services.

Strong client-facing, customer service and communication skills;

Knowledge of SAP business one, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Active Directory, Office 365, and ITIL (assets).

Experience in providing help desk support, an asset;

Good analytical and problem-solving skills;

Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Mathematics/Finance/ Data Analytics or a related field.

Highly computer literate with skills in Microsoft Excel.

Experience or demonstrable passion in at least one area of energy transition.

Excellent writing and communication skills.

Programming, database and software skills (Excel, VBA, Python, SQL) considered an asset.

Term Length: 4 or 8 months starting September 2023

Recent experience as a customer service representative with the Small and Medium or Medium Business Markets.

Adaptability and ability to manage change (continually changing priorities/tasks)

Ability to manage several tasks at once

Strong abilities in active listening, empathy and win-win negotiations.

Extensive knowledge of small and medium business products and business solutions and related processes

Learn how to best translate client tagging requirements into functional specifications within various tag management platforms.

Experience with or willingness to learn tag management platforms (Google Tag Manager, Telium, Adobe Launch, etc)

Provide ongoing tag management support to internal team membrs

Suggest supplemental or alternative tracking points within web experiences.

Basic knowledge of website architecture (HTML, CSS, JS)

Experience with or willingness to learn advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, DV360, Pinterest, etc)

Modelling capabilities, programming skills (Python) or experience with business intelligence tools are a plus

Liasing with risk, finance, and credit teams

Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

Strong interpersonal skills and having a positive “can-do” attitude

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics or other related domain

Excellent analytical thinking capability, skilled at translating business problems into analytical questions and summarizing data to reach conclusion

Good communication skills. Strong ability to explain complicated ideas to broader audiences using non-technical language

Good presentation skills, able to organize information and present analytical result in an efficient manner

Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or other quantitative fields

2-4 years of experience in analytics

Working level statistical skills, including regression, time series, champion/challenger testing, and decision tree modeling
