Enhance and develop infrastructure for data management, pipeline orchestration, and MLOps, while avoiding premature optimization

You have more than 2 years of experience working on a software or machine learning engineering team

You have experience building data pipelines and ETL processes for large-scale datasets

You have experience working with unstructured and/or human-annotated data (e.g., collecting or assessing sample quality).

You have experience with ML frameworks such as Tensorflow, TF-Serving, JAX, and XLA/MLIR

You have strong communication and problem-solving skills, preferring the right tool for the job even if it’s outside your wheelhouse

Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills

Elevates proactive sourcing skills and approach across the team to identify, nurture, convert, retain and talent

Experience managing teams by leveraging metrics , including a previous experience at the Director level in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Hands-on strategy and delivery execution experience, with the ability to dive into details when needed

High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

Strong verbal and written communications skills, as well as the ability to influence and work effectively across internal and external stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, real-estate, or equivalent.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, business development, and or customer-facing commercial real estate/brokerage.

• Excellent negotiation skills – can handle customer objections and negotiate favorable long-term site host agreements.
