3+ years experience in IT Management with focus on Network Services support

Manage a team of 3 - 5 network analysts.

Support and manage VoIP solution and wireless network

Support, install and manage network communications equipment including cabling, network switches

Support network/server issues with centrally managed tooling

7+ years experience as a Network Analyst

Provide management and technical direction for a staff of network engineers

Work with IT Executives on budget management

Master’s degree, preferred in Computer Science, Business Management, or related field.

Experience with software defined networks (SDN) and cloud environments are a plus. Certifications in these areas desired.

Ensure the network meets availability, reliability, security, and performance requirements

Manage the design, development, and build of new/remodel attractions and venues for all OpenText BUs

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

Experience organizing meetings and preparing meeting documentation.

What You Will Be Doing

Overseeing general office management with respect to the assigned research project by:

Managing the RHSRNbc budget and finances, in addition to general bookkeeping duties

Planning, implementing and supporting all RHSRNbc projects and initiatives including events, workshops and activities. This includes but is not limited to:

Liaising with a variety of stakeholders at workshops, conferences and meetings (this includes physicians, academics and policy makers)

Liaising with network membership to facilitate requests for network support

Representing the RHSRNbc at provincial and national events (e.g., conferences, workshops)

Experience in management of network services and implementation projects.

Experience in problem and change management.

Able to effectively demonstrate strong leadership and management skills.

Minimum 8 years relevant experience with network services.

Experience managing and deploying network segmentation in Data Centers as well as retail environments.

Experience supporting multi cloud environements.

Provide technical direction in all aspects of network management from network design through implementation, maintenance and upgrading of existing networks

Manage Network Infrastructure team resourcing, planning, scheduling, and prioritizing efforts to meet overall network infrastructure commitments

Experience with public cloud infrastructure and Virtual Private Cloud

Senior Network Specialist - Datacenter Services

Work arrangement: 5 days onsite

Provide technical direction in all aspects of network management from network design through implementation, maintenance and upgrading of existing networks

Minimum Qualification and Skills required:

Manage Network Infrastructure team resourcing, planning, scheduling, and prioritizing efforts to meet overall network infrastructure commitments

Manage routine changes, provision services, deployments, fault isolation, service recovery, and incident analysis
