You bring a strong work ethic and have experience working in wineries, production, warehouse, outdoor receiving areas, and damp cellar conditions.

Experience in a winery production facility an asset

Previous experience working in harvest in a large production facility

Requires flexible schedule and shifts re “on-call”, varying between days, afternoons, and some graveyards from mid-August until mid-October, or as required

Fermentation Management: Inoculations, Nutrient Additions, Sampling, Pump Overs, Punch Downs, Sugar Monitoring, and Digging Out of Fermenters

Cellar experience is an asset (we will also provide training)

Hard working with good communication skills and a positive attitude

Key Responsibilities And Duties Are As Follows

Grape Processing: Grape Reception, Sorting, Destemming, Crushing, and Pressing

Cellar Work: Barrel Work, Racking and Product Transfers

Good communication skills and ability to work with a team

Any lab skills are an asset

Inoculations- You will be ask to aid in or complete inoculations with proper training and guidance from our staff.

Highly motivated to work hard, enthusiastic and passionate about wine

Willing to learn basic winemaking techniques and procedures

Need to be punctual, organized, willing to go above and beyond
