BA or certificate in Business, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior or Learning and Development.

Knowledge of contemporary practices in adult learning theory and educational curriculum development.

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in training, education and/or delivery.

Experience in high growth global organization.
