Five (5) years in facility/operations management or supervision, preferably in the pharmaceutical or food industry.

Good working knowledge of parts/materials procurement, inventory control methods, and budgeting requirements.

Proven track record in the education sector, specifically in proprietary schools, in a senior management capacity

Demonstrated experience in project planning and management, and process improvement with the ability to manage multiple projects with efficiency.

Excellent team management skills and can optimize the strengths of each individual member of the team.

Exceptional organization, planning and time & project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Recruit and train newly hired members of the management team under Marketing

Provide periodic reports to Management on results of Marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Design experiences across all of our platforms such as iOS, Android and Web

Conduct user centered research, manage user testing sessions, and derive meaningful insights from findings

5+ years experience as an in-house UX/UI designer OR equivalent portfolio

Expert knowledge of design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Cloud)

Experience building beautiful and inspiring product design experiences that help users discover, inspire and connect
