Develop the design team’s workflow, manage workload, and oversee quality standards

6-8 years of experience in design, preferably in the technology space

Demonstrated experience with managing and mentoring a team of graphic designers

Prior experience working on a marketing team

Experience with WordPress or similar CMS tool

Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop and InDesign) Figma,and Canva

Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills;

Manage and coach a team of graphic designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback to elevate their skills and output.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing and effective product interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience.

5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on branding, digital and print media;

Desirable to have a good understanding of motion graphics, animation and 3D design. With knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro;
