NodeJS Developer – Capital Markets

NOTE: HYBRID Work Model, office located in Toronto, Ontario

3+ years NodeJS Developer, Angular, GraphQL, Jenkins

Capital Markets experience, specifically with Equity/Portfolio Swaps and Equity Derivatives

Extenstive professional experience programming in C#

Professional experience as a back end developer

Structure: 6 months contract + possible extensions up to 2 years

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid - 1 day a week to office)

Prepare quality first drafts of pitches, marketing materials, management presentations and client presentations.

Perform financial due diligence including analysis, datebooks management, and report writing.

A passion for working with entrepreneurs and private business owners and management teams.

Manage the daily activities of debt capital advisory, capital placement advisory, financing/capital raise relating to acquisition, divestiture, and mergers.

Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience.
