Stationner et récupérer les véhicules en suivant les procédures de l'établissement.

Assister les clients avec leurs bagages, les accompagner jusqu'à leur chambre et les informer sur les installations de l'établissement.

Fournir des informations sur les attractions locales, les restaurants et les services disponibles dans la région.

Assurer la propreté et la présentation soignée des zones d'accueil et des espaces extérieurs.

Responsibilities will also include (but are not limited to):

Candidate must have proven exceptional guest service and communication skills

A good knowledge of Halifax and Nova Scotia.

Minimum Grade 12 education required

The Successful applicant will be responsible for welcoming and greeting guests to the hotel

Check-in and check-out assistance as required

Immediately report any incidents or claims to Operations Manager or Shift Lead.

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Meet and greet all guests upon arrival; open guest vehicle doors, assist with unloading vehicle when necessary.

Retrieve keys from guest; issue ticket to guest or enter customer information using electronic device.

Park guest cars in appropriate space, ensure safe and appropriate operation of guest vehicles.

Quickly retrieve vehicles for waiting guests; assist guests with loading luggage or personal items when necessary.

Attend factory-sponsored training classes as scheduled by management.

Attend dealer-specified training courses as scheduled by management.

Proven knowledge and experience with automotive mechanical operations.

Excellent management support and guidance

Supervise work of all apprentice technicians or students; report immediately any deficiencies to the Service Manager.

Providing expert knowledge on our inventory and answering any questions customers may have

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Greeting customers and assisting them in finding their dream car

Building lasting relationships with customers and following up with them after the sale

Project Management Institute-Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) Certification is required

Industry experience in Call Center technology (IVR and CRM - Customer Relationship Management)

Certified in People Change Management (e.g. Prosci) is desired

Any additional applicable certification(s) not listed above but are significant to the Senior Project Manager role (eg: Agile, Scrum, Kanban)

Strong technical experience in one or more: software development; hardware; operating systems; networking knowledge

Education and training are normally gained through post-secondary education at the University or Technical Institute level in one of the following:

Perform other assigned comparable or transient duties that are within the domain of knowledge and skills required by the position description.

Be knowledgeable of the surrounding region, services, and amenities, in order to handle concierge inquiries accurately

Manage the front-drive efficiently and effectively and in line with established standards

Hospitality industry experience is an asset

Schedule: Flexible schedule is essential. Must be available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Attend to all guests entering and exiting the lobby, promptly and professionally.
