General Welder Jobs

Experience should be over three (3) months up to and including twelve (12) months.

Interpret drawings; position fit, block, clamp, and tack parts to obtain proper alignment. Select proper welding equipment and material as prescribed;

Regulate current, voltage, and pressure for proper fusion of metals. Check welds for adherence to specifications. Rework as necessary.

Exercise proper care in the use of tools, equipment, and materials.

Complete all required records and reports.

Detect and report faulty equipment, improper operations, and unusual conditions to supervision.

1 year of welding experience

Experience in Preventative maintenance, Forklift operation, any heavy-duty equipment operation (an asset)
