General Manager Hotel Jobs in Quebec

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Hours: 40 to 50 hours per week

Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations

Collaborate closely with senior management to solve problems and execute meticulous operations.

Experience managing hotels as a General Manager, Director of Operations, or similar

Minimum of 5 years experience managing hotel operations or short-term rentals

Work 5 days per week in both Montreal and Quebec City, including weekends as needed

Lead operations in Montreal at a small hotel by hiring, coaching, and directing Housekeeping, Concierge, Engineering, and other departments

Work with the hotel ownership group to make major property improvements by engaging with contractors

·Perform additional duties assigned by Head Office and liaise with Hotel Management.

·Education Required: University/College graduate or equivalent experience in Hospitality

· Participate in daily front desk operational requirements to help hotel efficiencies.

·Manage the staff of all levels and work in a close team environment

·Ensure quality guest experience, from reservation to final check out

·Manage the property’s administration functions with efficiency and accountability
