Perform tasks relating to the repair, maintenance or operation of Board facilities and Area Offices

Assemble, install, and disassemble modular furniture systems

Ensure any hazardous materials are handled with due care

Shred and ensures disposal of confidential materials

Provide assistance to the Maintenance tradesperson regarding the repair or renovation of physical structures

Provides maintenance and related trade support services

Uses standard contract specifications to monitor, direct and inspect the work of contractors.

Tracks costs and certifies contractor performance

Co-ordinates small projects such as renovations and moves from inception to completion

Performs inspections and recommends required maintenance, repairs and alterations for building fabric and systems

Schedules preventive and planned maintenance and maintains service reports

Interact with management, co-workers, and public.

2 years of maintenance experience.

Minimum 1 year of experience in the operation and maintenance of buildings.

General knowledge of plumbing repairing.

Gerenal knowledge about heating units and air conditioners (PTAC units)

Responsible for vandalism clean up and repair, within skill level.

At least 12 years’ management experience preferably gained from an airport ramp/military base

Monitor quality assurance programs, records, and fuel inventory management systems.

Assist in management and administration of capital and expense special projects.

Monitor supervisor reports and follow up all operational irregularities while enforcing employee work rules/regulations and report to Senior Management as required.

Participate in the Quality Service, Safety Management System, and Security Programs.

Manage, coordinate, and control all loss prevention responsibilities.
