Minimum of 10 years of senior management experience

Direct Reports: 6 Salaried Managers

Degree in Business, Engineering or related field experience with preference given to MBA

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

Good knowledge of the land development and construction industry

CSA approved steel toed boots with 6” ankle support

Drug and alcohol testing (swab-based test)

Successful completion of Company Orientation and site-specific orientation

General maintenance, mechanical, and carpentry duties.

Move, secure, install, build, load, or unload materials.

Assist Management with quarterly crew member reviews

Minimum of three (3) years' experience in the powerline trade

Previous experience in a Lead Hand or Foreman position

Rotation work (7 days on/ 6 days off)

Sound knowledge of products and services related to the General Construction industry (Compact Construction Equipment and Building Construction Products)

Maintain current knowledge of customers, economic environment and Caterpillar products

Previous sales experience and industry experience is considered an asset

Sell equipment, products and services to end users in a specified geographically or demographically defined market

Achieve targets for revenue growth and profitability

Maintain sound long-term relationships with customers, Caterpillar, internal departments and staff
