KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

· Previous experience in art sales and dealing with clients

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Knowledge of, and enthusiasm for Fine and Decorative Arts

· Excellent communication skills (speaking and writing) particularly in spoken English

Support gallery educational and programing events in any capacity required;

Experience with different artistic genres, themes, ethnic representation, and visual arts disciplines an asset.

Enthusiasm, creativity and strong organizational skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)

Gallery operation related skills (installation, documentation, etc.)

Photography, social media, and writing skills an asset

1-2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management

BA or BS in Communications, Management, Sales, or other related field is required

Impeccable time management with the ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment

Report weekly and monthly sales data to the Senior Business Development Manager to ensure proper KPIs are being met

Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities As A Sales Assistant:

Permanent Full-Time Position – 37.5 hours/week
