Ton rôle consistera à :

Strong risk management acumen (identification and mitigation)

5-7 years + of progressive financial services experience

Excellent communication skills (oral, written and non-verbal) and ability to operate alongside senior leaders, functional leads.

Exceptional client facing skills including negotiation and influencing at a senior level

General working knowledge of factors affecting business and industry including trends in the marketplace, technology and competitors

Good working knowledge of RBC system infrastructure

ADP is hiring an experienced Client Service Manager.

Collaborate effectively with the broader Comprehensive Services team to ensure alignment with the North American offering, service philosophy and client expectations.

5-7 years of experience in a leadership role within a client services environment.

Advanced experience with computer software applications including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Superior client service skills (both verbal and written) and strong active listening skills.

CPA/CHRP Certification is an asset.

Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives in keeping with the company's Quality Management System.

Complete data entry and maintain accurate and current scheduling documentation.

Handle and document prospective client inquiries regarding requests for care and service.

Notify clients and Field employees regarding initial and ongoing schedules.

Être détenteur d’un diplôme d’études secondaires;

Posséder un minimum de 2 ans d’expérience dans un commerce de détail ou au service à la clientèle;

Avoir de l’expérience en gestion et une connaissance des systèmes de points de vente sont des atouts important.
