Overall business knowledge and holistic general management approach

Project management experience (timelines, budgets) a plus

DME budget management, budget planning for upcoming years & in-year mgmt.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience across a wide breadth of audiences

Strong leadership skills – ability to manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Post secondary education – preferably Commerce (B. Com) or Business (B.BA)

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Previous reception / office coordinator experience

Strong attention to detail and organization skills

Effective note taking skills as well as ability to communicate effectively

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient knowledge of MS Office and other office software (Sage, SAP, JD Edwards, CRM)

Developing, retaining and growing the branch business by delivering against individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience
