Experience with Typescript, ES6, RxJS, build tools such as Webpack and npm

1+ years of experience with AWS

1+ years of experience with API development

Create exciting new applications using Javascript, Javascript frameworks and object-oriented methodologies

Experience with or knowledge of functional programming and compile-time safety;

Experience with or knowledge of OpenAPI/Swagger or other code-generation tools;

Experience with or knowledge of NixOS;

Create and manage automated test suites for the front ends you create, and guide and assist with our manual verification efforts;

5-7 years of experience in frontend software design and product development with success in shipping elegant and performant apps

Direct hands-on experience with Figma and other design tools;

Experience in driving your own requirements and pushing forward engineering-driving initiatives

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

3-5 years of frontend-focused experience.

Ownership over all frontend work related to supporting and exposing new experimental features and technologies

Make web applications, client side tools and packages, NodeJS based microservices

You will also partner with our client infrastructure division to utilize and improve existing tools.

LOCATION: Remote - Canada only (TimeZone: PST/CIST | Full day overlap)

10+ years' experience in frontend development and with JavaScript.

5+ years of experience with ReactJs

5+ years of experience with Node.js

Fully capable of collaborating with designers and back-end engineers to deliver immersive native experiences

Final compensation based on qualifications and competencies. This engagement will start with a 30-day contracting engagement.

Ability to work remotely (anywhere between the east coast of the Americas to European timezones)..

Modern JavaScript, CSS and Web APIs

Component-based, declarative UIs (we use React)

Testing of web apps (we use Jest + RTL and Cypress)

Static types (we use TypeScript)

Work in English with ease (it's our company language)

- Strong experience with Electron and React

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Develop and maintain desktop applications using Electron and React

- Write high-quality, efficient, and reusable code

- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and developers to design and implement new features

5+ years of professional software development experience

3+ years of experience working in a React, Node, and TypeScript

Experience working with 3rd party APIs

Prior experience working in collaborative team environments

Experience working with Shopify APIs

Any experience working with AWS
