Follow all activity policies and procedures, including all HSE related requirements at all times.

Complete at a satisfactory level all required and assigned HSE training.

Participate in all HSE related programs & activities as required, including incident investigations, interviews, auditing and assessment, etc.

Report any condition which you feel could result in an accident or injury and / or stop work if required.

Provide sufficient distraction free time for employees to complete all required HSE training & support the HSE training program implicitly.

Investigate and resolve (if possible) all reported unsafe conditions / acts and communicate results back to the affected stakeholders.

Undergraduate degree in marketing, communication or business, or equivalent experience

6-8 years experience in field marketing and/or event marketing, including 3 years in formal people leadership role of 4+ direct reports

Experience working in a SaaS B2B technology company

Experience in a late-stage pre-IPO environment preferred

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills

High level of resilience, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills

Undergraduate degree in kinesiology, physical education, recreation, sport management or a related field required;

Minimum of two years experience related to facility, sport, recreation and/or event management;

Experience in Recreation Management Software required

Experience in risk management and event operation is preferred

Utilizes Intelligenz to input facility bookings, manage space availability, and identify conflicts to support equitable facility allocation.

At least 2 years’ experience in facility allocation, staff supervision, and client-focused service with demonstrated increasing responsibility and accountability
