Maintain the knowledge base in the service desk management system.

Perform daily system monitoring of the service desk management system.

Excellent knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows, Office, and G-Suite.

Assist in coordinating training sessions for staff and faculty based on needs and skill levels.

Previous experience in the aviation industry in a similar role would be an asset.

Base Pay: Hourly rates starting at $16.63/hour and up based on experience.

Removing old wax and polish coating from floor fixtures or furniture and re-waxing or polishing; periodic shampooing of carpets.

Cleaning and washing interior and exterior accessible windows and other glass surfaces.

Rearranging, moving and setting up furniture and equipment as required

Making beds, changing linen and returning soiled linens to designated collection areas; distributing linen and collection laundry.

Collecting garbage and waste including tidying and cleaning ashtrays, emptying waste receptacles, and depositing them in containers or pick up points.

Main responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• At least 1-year practical experience in a technical support position

• Previous customer service experience and a good telephone manner

Effective communication and sales skills, and experience in working directly with the public

Process customer requirements, parts, accessories, product through POS terminal and internal computer network (SAP/MGV)

Ensure courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient service to all customers to maximize 100% customer satisfaction.

General service branch opening and closing responsibilities including cash registers and computers

Compressor repair experience on equipment an asset

Experience in a service environment a must, preferably with power tool repair experience

Develop initiatives to enhance student experience, while encouraging healthy eating options and making informed nutrition choices.

Three (3) year diploma/degree or equivalent in nutrition education from a recognized College or University;

Two (2) years experience developing and guiding nutritional practices within in a large organization;

Experience researching and developing programming for nutrition and/or sustainability initiatives;

Experience working in team environments with a demonstrated ability to build relationships/partnerships is required for this position;

Possess excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with a client focused attitude;

Incorporating educational technologies to meet the learning needs of 21st Century students

Providing a learning environment which makes effective use of available resources including educational technologies

Minimum two (2) years of teaching experience, or equivalent, preferably in a postsecondary setting;

Minimum five (5) years licensed practice experience, preferably in a range of practice areas;

Demonstrated knowledge of student success strategies in a postsecondary setting;

Highly effective communication, presentation, and organizational skills;

Effective communication and sales skills, and experience in working directly with the public
