Food Quality Engineer Jobs

• Strong leadership, relationship management, and organizational planning and project management skills, in addition to technical knowledge

• Management of deliverables and project execution (estimated 50% of workload)

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements

• Experience in the design of sanitary process systems including piping, vessels and CIP systems

• Familiarity with CFIA and HACCP requirements

• Knowledge of post-implementation continuous improvement efforts and methodology

• Should have Knowledge in specifying process plant instruments and hands on experience

• Instrumentation knowledge and experience – set-up, calibration verification, adjustments,

• Knowledge in PLC and SCADA systems for industrial networks.

• Experienced in LV Electrical Distribution Design Power Distribution Panels, Motor Control

• Knowledge on Machine Safety – CAT 3 wiring.

• Knowledge on control panel design as per UL508A.

Have a good understanding and experience with Safety and Quality standards, control, and procedures.

Conduct sanitation activities, as required, to meet GMP requirements.

Experience working in a food manufacturing environment or similar.

Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Systematic thinker with strong organizational and problem solving skills.

Effective communication skills, with an emphasis on technical writing/reporting and verbal communication.

Should have Knowledge in specifying process plant instruments and hands on experience in selection of instrumentation.

Instrumentation knowledge and experience – set-up, calibration verification, adjustments, etc.

Knowledge in PLC and SCADA systems for industrial networks.

Experienced in LV Electrical Distribution Design Power Distribution Panels, Motor Control Centers for process plants in compliance with NEC.

Knowledge on Machine Safety – CAT 3 wiring.

Knowledge on control panel design as per UL508A.
