Post-secondary education in business administration or an equivalent combination of related education and experience is preferred

Knowledge and/or experience in outdoor activities and associated products are an asset

Manage any supply chain resolution requests

Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)

2+ years’ experience in a design role preferably background in an omni-channel retail environment.

Excellent experience with graphics software packages (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign).

Ability to have a collaborative approach and leadership quality to influence and “manage” various relationships.

Provides hands-on input conceptualizing and designing quality print executions for Flipp and printed flyer executions

Have a valid G2 or G class driver's license or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years driving experience

Core responsibilities for the independent contractor delivery driver include:

Carefully loading the paper materials into your personal vehicle for delivery (Van/SUV is optimal for success)

Delivering the parcels to the customer

Taking photos of the delivered material as proof of successful delivery

Be 16 years of age or older

Monitors compliance with corporate addressing systems and policies. Takes corrective action to ensure office are current with AMS (Address Management System).

High School diploma or provincial equivalent (GED) (Equivalent Experience may be accepted in lieu of a High School Diploma)

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a supervisor in collection and delivery/transportation

OR Minimum 4 years’ experience managing a team within a unionized environment.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Experience working in a delivery environment

Skill Sets and Qualifications for Domain Upgrade:

1. Required to have Cerner Experience and Knowledge to support Clinician and Provider Tools in relation to:

2. Experience using Basic Excel

3. Experience coordinating system build changes through multiple domains

4. Experience doing regression/workflow/integration testing in Cerner Millennium

The successful contractor's responsibilities will include the following:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, confident with presenting material to peers and senior management

A background in Over The Top (OTT) video delivery protocols and/or Digital Rights Management (DRM) systems

Work with Project Managers and Network Planners to ensure the successful delivery of projects and any needed growth to sustain it

With 5+ years of relevant experience, you are confident in making and owning technical decisions

Comfortable supporting a system that operates 24/7/365 with a requirement to share on call duties and participate in off-peak changes

Ability to manage deliverables as part of an extended team
