Dedicated to providing personalized and professional service to all guests, and to showcasing the local region and estate offerings.

Able to manage time efficiently.

Holds or is willing to work towards holding a First Aid, Level 1 certification.

Holds or is willing to work towards a Serving it Right certification.

Perform general upkeep and maintenance on the company shuttle, to ensure a professional and welcoming environment for guests.

Observe all relevant traffic and safety laws.

Holds a valid B or F License (Upgrading may be provided)

Must have a clean drivers abstract

Must provide clear Criminal Record Search with Vulnerable Sector Screening

Display safe and defensive driving techniques

Able to work shift work - airport hours

Customer service or hospitality experience is an asset but not a requirement.

Driving the guest shuttle to and from the resort

Ensuring the shuttle bus is in working order and reporting any concerns immediately

Picking up and dropping off guests

Deal with customer complaints in an efficient and professional manner to the best of your ability

Address guests calls and concerns throughout their shift

Previous experience with OnQ Property Management System an asset

Other duties as assigned by the management

Gather and maintain knowledge of new and existing services available to hotel guests

Ensure that all service standards, policies and procedures are adhered to in an effort to consistently offer the best service possible

Previous experience in a similar or related position an asset

Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
