Fire Management Supervisor Jobs

Ensure Technicians are scheduled effectively and working efficiently to achieve revenue and margin targets approved by senior management

Must have previous experience in the Fire industry

Strong interpersonal skills and effective at building relationships - with a strong client service orientation

Excellent communication skills with an ability to convey a message in an organized, clear, and effective manner

Goes beyond job requirements to seek opportunities and generate ideas for improvements

Company car and gas card with personal use

7-10 years project management experience leading business and IT programs/projects.

Provide month-end incident and problem management reporting, including trends, SLAs, and actions taken to mitigate similar incidents from re-occurring.

Ensure adequate and sufficient I&T-related capabilities (people, processes, and technology) are available to support business objectives effectively at optimal cost.

Manage the annual budget and continue to develop strategies to optimize operating costs.

Experience with IT service costing/cost allocations.
