Key Skills and Experience Required

·Preparing monthly reports, bank reconciliations and bank deposits

Transition Management and Rapid Assessment:

Assist with the assessment and configuration of a client’s target operating model, and the identification of synergies and key value drivers

Prepare assigned sections of client reports and other deliverables, and occasionally participate in their presentation to client executives

Working towards completing a post-secondary degree or diploma

Preparing financial statements and the management discussion and analysis for quarterly and year end filings for various clients;

10 years of experience as Finance leader in an entrepreneurial environment

3 years in a management consulting environment is highly desirable.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA designation

Education background and/or employment experience in bookkeeping procedures.

Responsible for applying for social security benefits, GRH etc. when becoming a representative payee for a new admission

Has knowledge of state and county policies and regulations on billing procedures

Experience with computer systems preferred.

Responsible for claims submission, claim resolution and follow-up activities

Responsible for checking status on submitted claims to ensure accurate processing of claims

Experience auditing clients who comply with NI 52-109 and/or SOX 404 regulatory requirements

A Canadian CPA designation (or an equivalent international qualification), and at least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience

Technical accounting experience in IFRS and US GAAP along with multiple years of audit experience at a top accounting firm
