Overview The Finance and Business Operations Manager is responsible for managing the financial and operational aspects of a business. This includes overseeing the budgeting, financial planning, and financial reporting processes, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the business. The Finance and Business Operations Manager is also responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Detailed Job Description The Finance and Business Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial and operational aspects of a business. This includes developing and managing the budgeting, financial planning, and financial reporting processes, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the business. The Finance and Business Operations Manager is also responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.The Finance and Business Operations Manager will be responsible for:
• Developing and managing the budgeting, financial planning, and financial reporting processes
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the business
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Analyzing financial data and making recommendations for improvement
• Developing and implementing strategies for improving operational efficiency
• Working with other departments to ensure that financial and operational objectives are met
• Developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders
• Preparing financial statements and reports
• Assisting with the preparation of tax returns
Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of financial and accounting principles
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial planning
• Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
• Knowledge of business operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial and operational management
• CPA or other relevant professional certification (preferred)
