Prepare quarterly management reports on fee revenues, expense reforecast, and other key drivers

1-2 years of experience in accounting and finance

-Maintain and process a portfolio of client billing and manage the full client finance workflow

-Solid finance experience with the ability to relate to procedures and processes

-Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel a must, experience in Advantage a plus

-Ensure all client contracts are up to date and adhered to with client billing and reporting requirements.

-Detail oriented, strong organizational skills and demonstrable accounting ability

1. Portfolio monitoring and stakeholder management (65%)

Support the development of business cases for new opportunities – manage the communication of findings and support on follow-up

Post-secondary education (diploma/degree) in Business Commerce or related field

1-3 years’ experience in commercial and/or corporate lending. Experience in both real estate and specialized lending is considered an asset.

Excellent financial, analytical, and problem solving skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as attention to detail

2.) 2-4 years of hands-on, project-based experience in change or process management

3.) Advanced skills in Microsoft office suite, particularly Excel skills (previous experience with Reporting)

Years of experience: 2- 4 years of overall experience (preference will be given to more seasoned candidates)

Team Size: 1 manager + 2 senior analysts + 2 analysts

1.) Business & Product Knowledge (specifically in terms of Capital Markets)

Effective organization skills combined with excellent time and stress management.

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline preferred, or a combination of education and experience.

Minimum 2 years combined experience in accounting and finance.

In depth working knowledge of computerized accounting programs, GL/AP/AR/PO/Reporting modules.

High level of reasoning, decision-making, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent prioritizing and workflow / delegation skills
