Filling Room Technician Jobs

Assisting in the recovery of patients from anesthesia;

Decontamination, cleansing, maintenance and procurement of materials and instruments and for the packaging and sterilization of supplies;

Operating and maintaining medical and life-support equipment;

Initiating, maintaining and distributing medical records, documents, reports and returns; and

Maintaining, replenishing and accounting for general and medical supplies.

Licensed Practical Nurse with perioperative specialty

Prior experience in aseptic filling operations within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry.

Attention to detail, excellent organizational and record keeping skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, sterile environment.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Knowledge of safety standards in a laboratory environment.

·Associate's degree or relevant technical certification preferred.

Food Service Supervisor certification, and/or completion of a post-secondary technical program in nutrition, and/or degree in Food and Nutrition required.

Previous experience in a similar role is required.

Demonstrated initiative, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.

Proven interpersonal and excellent organizational skills

Must be flexible to meet workload demand

Demonstrated ability to work well with others as a member of a team.

People Management Experience – people management, coaching and team development skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities .

Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory/corporate requirements.

Maintain the facility and equipment to meet all GMP and 6S requirements.

Post-Secondary education in English, Math, Communications

3 – 5 years of experience within a manufacturing operation

Accurate and timely documentation of all requirements under federal and provincial regulations as they apply to the pasteurization of fluid beverages

Control the operation of HTST’s, UHT and VTIS processing units via a highly technical and integrated control room

Maintaining the highest standard on First Pass Quality for multiple pasteurized products

Ensuring pasteurized products are delivered to the packaging equipment on time and within specifications

Operate and monitor CIP systems to ensure that all parameters are met (Flow, Temperature, Conductivity, Time)

Receiving of bulk chemicals on a regular basis

Other responsibilities as determined by management .

Ability to quickly grasp computer-based inventory management system utilizing barcodes and scanners

In depth knowledge and experience of all media equipment is necessary

1–3 years’ experience in a film/photo production equipment rental environment

Knowledge of inventory control and familiarity with film, video, photography, lighting and AV equipment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
