Tracking the status of inspections across different sites and monitoring the status of all developments, including assumption requirements.

Demonstrating knowledge of municipal subdivision and site plan/development agreements, as well as municipal processes.

Working knowledge of the Ontario Provincial Standard Specifications.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Ability to independently manage time, organize work, and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

1-3 years of experience in delivering superior customer service.

Experience in wholesale vehicle assessments.

Previous sales or dealership experience.

Knowledge of the automotive industry.

Experience driving manual transmissions is highly preferred
