Field Mechanic Helper Jobs

Advanced knowledge of how to use engine/transmission diagnostic software

Preferred 3 years of oil field maintenance experience

Advanced knowledge of hydraulic shooting and repair

Basic understanding of Lime Software

Engine trouble shooting repair and replacement

Understands hydraulic formulas and how to do calculations for flow

· Computer proficiency with a strong knowledge of MS Office and social media tools (texting, Skype, etc.)

Experience with natural gas and/or diesel engines and/or cogeneration equipment is a major asset

Work Location: In person and remote

Power generation: 2 years (preferred)

Moving tools, equipment and other materials

Performing miscellaneous labouring activities to help tradespersons, apprentices and other workers as directed

Assisting in Reading and interpreting blueprints.

Helping with Test operation of newly installed equipment.

Helping with disassembling defective units and repairing or replacing suspect parts.

Helping with Adjusting valves, ratchets, seals, brake linings, and other components.

3-5 years of experience repairing/maintaining equipment and tools

Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools

Strong mechanical background knowledge of various engines

Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills

Offered for full time roles, non-full time eligibility in select provinces.

Safe maintenance and repair of a variety of complex rental equipment involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
