– Experience in nonprofit arts administration and knowledge of Asian Canadian arts and culture

– Exceptional interpersonal communication skills

– Experience with event planning and on-site project coordination

– Experience using Google Suite, including word processing and spreadsheets

– Solid organizational abilities, including prioritizing, delegating, and task facilitation

– Quick learner and enthusiastic to acquire new skills

Create and maintain efficient and detailed electronic and paper file management processes

Manage and maintain inventory of assets within the department

Carry out quality control of data entry

Prepares and clears equipment and supplies for simulation skills lab classes and practice sessions

Completes calibration of simulators/mannequins prior to skills lab delivery

Participates in skills lab preparation meetings for all courses

Assist in inventory and inventory control/record keeping management

Supporting the management & actor team.

Excellent administrative, Interpersonal, communicative, and organizational skills

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft suite

Experience within the Halloween Industry is considered an asset.
