Demonstrate laboratory techniques to teaching assistants and assist teaching team in enriching laboratory experience of undergraduate students in the faculty.

Recommend changes to methods, procedures and practices as appropriate to improve student experience.

Remain current in software and application requirements.

Minimum 3 years of directly related hands-on experience through course-work, internship, or prior work experience.

Previous experience working at a post-secondary institution or large, complex organizations is an asset.

Initiates transactions for HR and finance processes including payroll requests for grad students and salary and benefit adjustments

Demonstrated ability to apply and adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines, FOIPP, records management protocols, and all relevant university policies

Directors/ Managers responsible for the delivery of faculty or student service specific program/service

HR Partner and Finance Partner

Assists hiring managers with recruitment and on-boarding of new staff and faculty

2-3 years of progressively responsible operational support experience, preferably in a post-secondary setting
