Overview Facilities is a broad term that encompasses the maintenance, repair, and operation of a building or facility. Facilities personnel are responsible for ensuring that the facility is safe, secure, and functioning properly. This includes tasks such as cleaning, repairs, and maintenance of the building and its systems. Detailed Job Description Facilities personnel are responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operation of a building or facility. This includes tasks such as cleaning, repairs, and maintenance of the building and its systems. Facilities personnel must be able to identify and troubleshoot problems with the building and its systems, and must be able to make necessary repairs. Facilities personnel must also be able to inspect the building and its systems to ensure that they are functioning properly. In addition, facilities personnel must be able to manage and coordinate the activities of other personnel who are responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operation of the building and its systems. Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in facilities maintenance and repair
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a variety of environments
